Member of Technical Staff Wanted

Location: South Park, San Francisco

You will work on hard technical problems that don't have existing solutions to advance the frontier of AI:

• Custom database and memory systems
• Real-time LLM token state management at a large scale
• Custom Unix OS distributions for humans and AI
• Rethinking UX based on organisational behaviour & human psychology fundamentals
• Compensation will not be scarce

Desired characteristics

• Obsession with novel, technically difficult, or overlooked problems
• Abilities to build large and complex (yet maintainable) systems in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible
• Interest in compounding micro optimisation

Experience with any

Typescript, Rust, Python, Psychology, Graph databases, Ontological modelling, Flexible data pipelines, Unusual life circumstances
