Terms of Service — Mundane

By using Mundane (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Mundane provides tools for relationship intelligence and workflow automation, including optional integrations with third-party services (like Google).

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

2) Your account

You're responsible for:

• Activities under your account
• Keeping credentials secure
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law using the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload or process content you do not have rights to use

4) Third-party services (including Google)

If you connect third-party services, you authorize Mundane to access data as permitted by the scopes/permissions you grant. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

5) Your content

You retain rights to your content. You grant Mundane permission to process your content to provide the Service.

6) Intellectual property

Mundane and its software, design, and branding are owned by us (excluding your content).

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mundane will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms or if necessary for security.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
